Minimum 3 night stays over long weekends.
Minimum 2 night stays during other times. During
July & August, preference is given to weekly rentals (Saturday
to Saturday only). Shorter stay rentals available on a
last minute space available basis only. Rates are based
on recommended maximum cottage capacity as listed above.
Some cottages have pull-out couches. In those cottages,
extra persons may stay at a rate of $15 per night or $60
per week ($20 per night/$75 per week during July & August).
Adherence to maximum cottage capacity rule is mandatory.
DEPOSITS: 25% deposit required on all
weekly reservations, shorter stays require deposit equivalent
to first night's rate.
Refund schedule as follows: Cancellations received at
least 60 days prior to reservations: deposit less 20%
administration fee refunded; 30-60 days notice - 50% of
deposit refunded; Less than 30 days - no refunds on deposits.
Full payment required upon arrival. No adjustments for
late arrival or early leaving. $20.00 charge on NSF cheques.
Cheques accepted for deposit only. Cheques must be received
by Silver Lake Cottage Resort at least 30 days before
reserved date.
Deposits must be received within 7 days
of reserving unit. No confirmation of reservation without
deposit. Rates subject to change without notice. |
WATERCRAFT:
Boat & Motor is not included in cottage Rates. To include
boat & motor add $275/week or $85/day plus taxes - (First
tank of gas included).
Watercraft is generally available from May 15-October
15. Release of watercraft is subject to water temperature
considerations. Earlier or later dates may or may not
be available. Safety equipment is supplied with all
rentals. All boaters must adhere to new federal navigation
laws.

Payment due on arrival.
Credit Card Imprint or $500.00 cash security deposit required
at check-in. |

CHECK IN TIME: After 4:00 P.M. (July & August);
Other times 3:00 P.M.;
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 A.M.
(During Winter months & Long weekends check-out time may be
extended to 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise advised.)
Late Check-out fee: $15.00/hr. with prior arrangements. After
3:00 P.M., full payment for additional day is required.
PARKING: 1 Parking Spot per cottage. Extra parking available
at main lot - $5.00 per vehicle per day.
Pets: NO PETS at any time. Kennels available in Parry Sound.
Visitors: Additional charges apply for day visitors - $10
per person, per day. All visitors
must register at the office. Registered guests are responsible
for the safety and actions of
their children & visitors.
No Lifeguard in swimming area - swim at your own risk. Children
under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times.
No fishing in swimming area or in boat mooring area. Fishing
from shore permitted in designated areas only.
No hunting on the premises
at any time.
Excessive noise & unruly behavior is not permitted
at any time. Quiet time: 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.Silver Lake
Cottage Resort reserves the right to reassign cottages.
